CONDUCTED PRE-OPENING INSPECTION: FACILITY WILL BE USING THIS SPACE AS THEIR LICENSED STORAGE COMMISSARY FOR THEIR EVENTS. OPERATIONAL SERVICE AT THE FACILITY WILL BE DONE AS POP UPS FOR THE TIME BEING.
NO ISSUES WERE NOTED. FACILITY IS GRANTED PERMISSION TO OPERATE BY THE KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THE NEXT FULL INSPECTION WILL BE DONE IN 30 DAYS. RECEIVED MENU, REFERRAL FORM, AND LICENSE APPLICATION WITH FEE. |
